Julie Wilsey, Vice President of Development
Julie is currently managing the development team for retail development efforts at West Ave in Houston and Water Street in Irving. Prior to joining Gables, she worked for The Mills Corporation with development responsibility for Opry Mills in Nashville and Vaughan Mills in Toronto, as well as Block 39 in Chicago and the Piers in San Francisco. Julie has worked in Wal-Mart’s real estate group, as well as managing assets for a labor union trust at National Bank of Washington.

Cooper Black, Director of Retail Services
Cooper is responsible for the design and construction of retail spaces within Urban Partners’ mixed-use developments. Prior to joining the team, Cooper  was Director of Tenant Services at Harvest Partners where he was responsible for design and construction of a $300 million mixed-use development in Dallas, as well as a $200 million mixed-use development in Seattle.  Before joining Harvest Partners, Cooper spent 10 years with the Mills Corporations working on various projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Katy Slade, Development Associate
Katy joins us from Western Development Corporation, where she was instrumental in the redevelopment of Georgetown Park in Washington D.C. She also attended Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania where she received degrees in urban planning and real-estate development.
